As the primary operational point of contact for regional marketers, you will manage program setup, intake requests, and documentation for inβperson and virtual events. You will own endβtoβend event operations execution, including registration workflows, email scheduling, quality assurance, and tooling setup (e.g., Splash, Zuddl, Customer.io, Chili Piper). You will support campaign performance reporting by building and maintaining Salesforce campaign attribution and Chili Piper tracking. Furthermore, you will use AI tools and automation to solve operational challenges, increase efficiency, and streamline workflows. You are expected to maintain and troubleshoot marketing tools, ensuring smooth integrations and a high standard of quality across systems.
