Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality triaging and coordination of transfers from other facilities.
- Monitor and respond to triage needs and complete direct referral acceptance process.
- Collaborate with referral sources, physicians, and nurses for prompt communication.
Qualifications:
- Valid LVN license required; completion of CPI and CPR within 30 days.
- Previous experience in behavioral health and substance use field preferred.
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills; organizational and multitasking skills.
