Technical Recruiter - US Remote

We’re looking for a highly organized and self-driven technical recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across both technical and operational pipelines. This role involves significant collaboration in a remote environment. To succeed in this role, you will need a solid grasp of sourcing strategies, experience partnering with hiring managers, and the ability to create efficient recruitment pipelines using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn. The responsibilities include owning the end-to-end recruiting process, leading hiring efforts and supporting sourcing strategies. Also, managing job postings, pipelines, and scorecards in Greenhouse. Finally, assessing and screening candidates for fit Coordinate interviews, assessments, and track feedback Communicate candidate next steps, keep job postings current and active in recruiting systems.
