Job Description
As a Wholesale Agency Support Specialist, you will represent THREE to professional insurance agents, supporting them in marketing THREE to their clients and in servicing policyholders. Job responsibilities include addressing inquiries from partner agents via phone and email, such as conveying THREE value proposition, tailoring coverage to customer needs, answering underwriting questions, handling billing inquiries or adjustments, and fulfilling certificate requests.
You will document all interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM and policy administration systems and exhibit professionalism in all communications. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our product, processes, and compliance standards. Collaborate with colleagues via phone, email, and Slack to fulfill agent requests and exchange knowledge.
