Customer Support Representative

Responsibilities include customer support by responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues; account receivables and collections by monitoring accounts, following up on payments, and resolving billing discrepancies; and relationship management by building strong client relationships and identifying ways to improve customer satisfaction.
