What You’ll Do:

  • Take full ownership of the NA mid-market marketing engine, orchestrating a hybrid strategy blending demand generation, ABM, webinars, and events.
  • Lead and expand a team of regional marketers, working with Sales, Channel, and Global Marketing to turn goals into revenue pipeline.
  • Manage regional budget, forecasts, and ROI; translate data into performance narratives and risk mitigation plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and own mid-market marketing targets, integrated field programs, and global expansion initiatives.
  • Partner with sales and marketing to launch high-impact ABM campaigns engaging key accounts.
  • Identify regional trends and whitespace to guide channel strategy across paid media, email, and content syndication.

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience in demand generation, ABM, field marketing, or event management, preferably in cybersecurity/SaaS.
  • Proven leadership skills managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
  • North American mid-market expertise and a strategic, analytical mindset to measure campaign ROI.
