What You'll Do:
- Lead the clinical team and hold fidelity to the program's treatment model for the Over-18 Eating Disorders program.
- Provide supervision and developmental feedback to clinicians, supporting their growth and licensure.
- Manage day-to-day clinical operations, including rounds, coverage, and census flow.
Who You Are:
- Independently licensed as a psychologist, LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT in Illinois with 2+ years post-degree experience in eating disorder treatment.
- Experienced in supervising staff and working in PHP/IOP or residential settings.
- Knowledgeable in CBT-E, exposure-based treatment, and DBT with a weight-inclusive, all-foods-fit approach.
