Observability Architect

Role Overview:

• This is a strategic, hands-on technical leadership role for deeply experienced architects.
• You will own the long-term success of key customers by embedding Grafana into their mission-critical systems.
• Work alongside Engagement Managers to lead technical discovery, design, onboarding, and enablement.

What You'll Do:

• Design and guide customers through their observability maturity curve with authority and clarity.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting, conduct technical reviews, and assist in root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product Management to represent the technical voice of customers.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Located on the East Coast with 5+ years in technical support, TAM, consulting, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of observability solutions, Kubernetes, and related tools like Prometheus and Loki.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to travel up to 25%.
