About the Role:

• Partner with the Talent Team to develop a deep understanding of hiring needs and team dynamics.
• Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer generation and transition to People Ops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute the Greenhouse recruiting process end-to-end with strict process adherence.
• Maintain accurate hiring documentation and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Engage passive candidates and leverage networks for proactive sourcing.
