Recruiter

About the Role:

• Grüns is looking for a Recruiter to help us hire exceptional talent as we continue to scale.
• This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting and partners closely with hiring managers across the business.
• We move fast and hold an uncompromising hiring bar, aiming to build high-density teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle recruiting for designated roles across multiple functions, from intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define what “best-in-industry” looks like and calibrate on level, competencies, and success metrics.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to proactively engage high-caliber talent.

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in ecommerce or high-growth environments.
• Strong track record of identifying and closing best-in-class talent.
• Exceptional judgment in assessing talent and protecting the hiring bar.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range between $100,000 - $115,000 + bonus depending on experience.
