Role Overview:
- Support robot deployments and customer implementations in hospitals.
- Provide onsite technical support and validate robot operation.
- Work with Operations, Support, Field Operations, and Solutions teams.
Technical Work:
- Troubleshoot issues across robots, networking, cloud services, and integrations.
- Use logs, bagfiles, and telemetry to diagnose root causes.
- Partner with Engineering and Field Operations to resolve issues.

- Skilled in Linux, networking, Python, and cloud systems.
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
