R&D Program Manager

The R&D Program Manager is the operational engine of the department, ensuring that innovation efforts are well-managed, outcomes are delivered, and strategic goals are met. They create and maintain the systems that allow creative work to flourish within a structured environment, from portfolio tracking to stakeholder communication. This role requires an individual who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and can effectively bridge the gap between strategic ambition and day-to-day execution. You will manage the innovation portfolio and track initiative progress, lead R&D rituals, planning sessions, and retrospectives, coordinate resources, timelines, and stakeholder engagement, develop transparent dashboards and reporting for leadership, support seamless handoff and operationalization of successful pilots. Also, you will drive transformation initiatives, providing strategic direction and operational oversight to facilitate organizational change, develop and implement program management frameworks and methodologies, collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, managing project challenges proactively, and communicate with project sponsors, project teams, and team leadership on status of projects.
