Technical Architect

Role Overview:

• Act as the senior technical owner for key customer engagements, maintaining end-to-end technical coherence across applications, cloud platforms, integrations, and support services.
• Provide architecture governance and technical assurance for solution designs, service designs, and supplier deliverables, ensuring decisions and risks are clearly recorded.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support design reviews and technical governance forums, challenging proposals to ensure they are secure, resilient, maintainable, and proportionate.
• Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies, with clear mitigations and escalation routes.
• Oversee technical debt, lifecycle, and operational readiness, including monitoring, capacity, backup, and support procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience as a Technical Architect, Lead Architect, or Technical Authority in complex enterprise environments.
• Broad knowledge across cloud architecture, integration, DevSecOps, security, and live service operations, with working knowledge of AWS and Azure.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical matters to technical and non-technical audiences.
