Role Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Project Implementation Methodology and related tools to bring projects to successful completion.
- Develop, maintain, and track project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and action items.
- Monitor project scope against contractual commitments and escalate potential out-of-scope requests appropriately.
Role Essentials:
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent international qualification, or relevant professional experience.
- Portuguese language proficiency at C1/C2 level (written and verbal) is required for this role.
- Strong proficiency in English — written and verbal communication skills that reflect a professional demeanor.
What We'd Like to See:
- Experience supporting customer-facing implementation or professional services projects.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PMI).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and complete projects in a timely and organized manner.
