Job Description
The Business Development Director at WeloData is responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive strategy for long-term account growth and diversification. This leader will drive business transformation that allows Welo Data to accelerate the development of key relationships and build the structure and sales velocity that defines our organization. The director will develop long-term account strategies, continuously evaluate market trends, and cultivate high-level relationships with client executive leadership. They will also identify opportunities for new business initiatives, and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline. Must have 10+ years of experience in strategic account management, business development, or related fields, with a proven track record in executive-level client engagement and revenue growth within the AI industry.
