About the Role:
- You will be based in Europe, remote or hybrid, as Global Category Leader for Specialty Products.
- You will shape procurement strategy across a $50M spend portfolio for water-specific categories.
- You will report to the Director, Global Category Management and work with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement global category roadmap, develop supplier panels, and lead negotiations.
- Drive annual savings, operational efficiency, sustainability, and supply chain risk mitigation.
- Develop best cost country strategies and manage supplier relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and solid experience in Category/Supplier Management, Purchasing, or Engineering.
- Experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, ideally in water treatment categories.
- Excellent communication skills, team player, and ability to work in matrixed organization.
