This role involves sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms, with a requirement to source 30-50 profiles per role while managing 4-5 roles concurrently. The junior talent sourcer will build and manage talent pipelines for current and future roles, send outreach messages, partner with recruiters to align on role requirements, and track sourcing efforts in the ATS or CRM. They will also share market insights and suggest sourcing improvements. Candidates should have experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Crunchbase, understand tech startups and funding stages, and have strong communication skills.
