Responsibilities and Impact:
- Own the Transparency strategy and roadmap end to end, driving prioritization across four squads focused on onboarding, transaction risk, billing, and data.
- Act as the single point of accountability and contact for Transparency, setting engagement models and partnering with other product leads on shared roadmaps.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Requires 8+ years of product management experience, including leading senior PMs and shipping compliance or banking infrastructure products at a regulated institution.
- Must have deep expertise in financial crimes compliance products like KYC/KYB, AML monitoring, sanctions screening, and case management.
Organizational and Technical Execution:
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with Compliance and Operations leaders by aligning on risk posture and operational realities.
- Drive technical fluency to set clear engineering requirements around system architecture, data models, and APIs for internal platform adoption.
