Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and design as your core contribution, owning problem framing and system design with Product and Design.
• Direct implementation by decomposing work and writing specs, letting AI agents build while you debug when necessary.
• Own testing as a design decision, directing AI to build coverage and validating that tests prove their claims.

Required Qualifications:

• Deep server-side experience in languages like Java, Python, C#, Kotlin, or Go with ownership of end-to-end services.
• Expertise in REST contracts, OAuth2/OIDC, SQL, and async systems like Kafka with production-scale operations on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with agentic AI as a primary development surface, catching subtle mistakes before shipping.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 USD per year.
