You will respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat (Intercom), troubleshoot and explain solutions clearly and patiently, escalate complex issues and ensure timely follow-up, spot recurring problems and suggest documentation or process improvements, and collaborate with a global support team across multiple time zones.
