Catering Sales Manager

The Catering Sales Manager is the field sales leader and is responsible for owning an individual assigned territory and assisting CSMs in other markets under the direction of the Director of Catering. This role involves displaying and coaching sales behaviors to achieve sales targets of catering and delivery, and to help establish/maintain the brand as the choice for catering, with possible direct or indirect people management. Responsibilities include enhancing the competence of Catering Sales Managers, creating and implementing successful sales strategies, keeping management informed, fostering teamwork, and assisting in retaining and developing a productive sales staff. The role requires analyzing customer information and market data, strengthening relationships with the operations team, and traveling as needed.
