What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-End GTM Recruiting: Own the full recruitment lifecycle across Go-To-Market roles, sourcing and closing specialized commercial talent.
• Process & Analytics: Set up robust hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics, using data to drive results.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted consultant throughout the hiring process.

Who You Are:

• Experienced GTM Recruiter: At least 3+ years in GTM hiring, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
• Bilingual Professional: Excellent written and verbal communication in both German and English (minimum C1).
• In-House Mindset: Think long-term, champion positive candidate experience, and avoid push-and-push tactics.
