Develop and execute the regulatory engagement strategy for India, aligned with business objectives and the evolving fintech regulatory landscape.
Monitor regulatory developments affecting Credit Information Companies, fintech businesses, data usage, and data localization, and advise senior leadership on potential business implications.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with financial regulators, Credit Information Companies, financial institutions, and other key industry stakeholders.

Requirements:

12+ years of professional experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, risk, or a related function within financial services, fintech, or a similarly regulated industry.
Proven experience managing senior-level relationships with regulators, financial institutions, strategic partners, or other external stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership and people-management experience, ideally managing compliance or regulatory teams.
