Job Description

The Associate Director of Impact will be responsible for technical leadership in data systems, including designing a user-friendly data system to track classroom quality and learning outcomes. They will lead the full design process for data systems, document system design, and maintain/improve the system over time. Strong data quality checks are essential to this role. This role also requires project and process management. The Associate Director will develop and manage the Impact team’s internal processes for planning, task tracking, and accountability. They will oversee implementation of data tools and systems that enable consistent, reliable, and scalable measurement of impact. The Associate Director will provide technical leadership in education research, monitoring, and evaluation. They will support the collection and analysis of learning data, conduct and interpret statistical analyses, and translate findings into recommendations for program improvement and donor reporting.
