Role Overview:
- You own the end-to-end order lifecycle for our Asia Pacific sales team.
- You bridge sales, supply chain, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution.
- You act as the single point of ownership for the customer journey.
What You'll Do:
- Commercial Forecasting: Own global forecasting and demand planning with sales leaders.
- CRM & Reports: Serve as HubSpot business owner and produce dashboards.
- Order-to-Deployment: Manage process from PO receipt to customer acceptance.
Skills Required:
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain coordination.
- Hands-on O2C experience and familiarity with international shipping.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
