About the Role:
- You will be at the center of strategy and execution, working closely with sales leadership to build processes, tools, and reporting.
- This hands-on role requires strong business partnering, financial reporting, and process design skills.
What You'll Do:
- Build and improve sales operations by mapping out deal processes, fixing workflows, and ensuring new processes are adopted.
- Own forecasting and performance reporting, including pipeline reviews, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Manage account assignments, sales compensation, and CRM data health while leading special initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar with ownership of processes and outcomes.
- Strong Salesforce skills, data storytelling ability, and comfort in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex things simply.
