The Sensor Platform is Dragos's high-performance Linux-based network sensor capturing OT/ICS traffic in real time.
As Staff Software Engineer, you'll lead platform initiatives from design to production and set the technical bar.

Responsibilities:

Lead high-throughput ingestion improvements and pipeline scalability with product and infrastructure peers.
Drive root cause analysis and postmortems for production issues involving the capture pipeline and broker.
Champion standards for documentation, observability, and performance benchmarks across the sensor codebase.

Qualifications:

8+ years designing distributed systems software with deep Rust expertise in async and concurrent programming.
Strong grasp of concurrent system design, high-performance packet capture, and message queue systems.
Experience applying cybersecurity best practices and leading complex system failure analysis.
