Digital Learning Designer (Maternity Cover)

Job Description:

• The Digital Learning Designer role requires creative flair, expertise in learning methodologies, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate Storyline.
• This role will also be responsible for administering Rise Up, our learning management system, leveraging its data and analytics to identify skill gaps.

Key Accountabilities:

• Designing engaging, creative, and effective digital learning solutions using the Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Vyond, and Articulate Storyline/Rise.
• Partnering effectively with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders to create learning initiatives that meet business goals.
• Collecting feedback from learners to evaluate success and continuously enhance learning offerings.

Skills and Experience:

• Essential: Strong skills in user experience and graphic design, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects, extensive instructional design experience.
• Desired: Previous videography experience, experience using Vyond and Camtasia, knowledge of AI tools.
