Essential Functions:

  • Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to curriculum and catalog system integration.
  • Maintain timeline tracking tools and project dashboards to ensure timely progress across workstreams.
  • Assist in mapping new curriculum approval workflows, including routing, governance, and catalog impact pathways due to new curriculum system.

System Integration Support:

  • Compile, validate, and organize system configuration data for CourseLeaf build cycles.
  • Partner with IT, Registrar, and OICA teams to support testing cycles, track defects, and gather feedback from faculty and staff users.
  • Coordinate data validation activities related to Banner integration, catalog publication cycles, and CIM-CAT transitions.

Documentation & Communication:

  • Prepare project documentation including workflow maps, training materials, process guides, decision logs, and status updates.
  • Draft communications for stakeholders regarding timelines, expectations, testing windows, and procedural changes.
  • Document system changes, configuration decisions, and catalog-related requirements.
