Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of activities related to curriculum and catalog system integration.
Maintain timeline tracking tools and project dashboards to ensure timely progress across workstreams.
Assist in mapping new curriculum approval workflows, including routing, governance, and catalog impact pathways due to new curriculum system.

System Integration Support:

Compile, validate, and organize system configuration data for CourseLeaf build cycles.
Partner with IT, Registrar, and OICA teams to support testing cycles, track defects, and gather feedback from faculty and staff users.
Coordinate data validation activities related to Banner integration, catalog publication cycles, and CIM-CAT transitions.

Documentation & Communication:

Prepare project documentation including workflow maps, training materials, process guides, decision logs, and status updates.
Draft communications for stakeholders regarding timelines, expectations, testing windows, and procedural changes.
Document system changes, configuration decisions, and catalog-related requirements.
