What You’ll Do:
- Support execution of monthly updates and bi-annual program releases.
- Maintain program documentation, release notes, and update logs.
- Identify and escalate risks or defects that impact learner experience.
Intrepid & LMS Operations:
- Co-build and develop strategic content elements.
- Partner with Intrepid Admin to resolve technical issues.
- Execute custom learning experiences and pathway updates leveraging curriculum tools.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with Global Learning & GTM Program Success teams.
- Communicate status updates and escalate blockers appropriately.
- Own project-based socialization, timelines and communication cross-functionally.
