Program Manager - Washington, DC

Executive Oversight:

• Lead Outreach & Engagement, IT, cybersecurity, and data operations services.
• Serve as the primary liaison between government stakeholders and contractor teams.
• Ensure quality assurance measures are implemented and monitored for program delivery.

Program Management:

• Manage program performance including cost, schedule, quality, and risk mitigation.
• Drive resource planning, performance optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead status meetings, reporting, and issue resolution across functional areas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification from PMI is required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of program management experience on large federal government programs of similar size and scope.
