Medical Billing Associate - Patient Services

As a Patient Success Associate at Luna, you’ll play a vital role in supporting patients with payments, insurance questions, and account management. This fully remote position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals with a knack for problem-solving and a desire to make a difference in the patient experience. You will answer inbound patient phone calls, manage copay collections, create Partner cases, and maintain billing ledgers for patients with specific requests for their insurances. You'll also learn the basics of insurance billing, support admin functions, and achieve goals set by management to patient payments and supporting documentation is completed.
