Talent Acquisition Associate

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at Nira, you’ll focus on sourcing and identifying top talent for our engineering, product, and sales teams—zeroing in on people who are not only qualified, but exceptional. You’ll search high and low for people who identify with our mission and core values and possess extraordinary technical abilities. You’ll report to our Talent Lead and spend most of your time sorting resumes, identifying strong candidate profiles, and sending thoughtful outbound messages to engage top talent. You’ll also work to quickly understand the roles you're sourcing for and learn what great looks like across different functions. You will possess a relentless drive to succeed and improve efficiencies. You will stop at nothing to ensure that your targets are hit, and you will view calls with candidates that are not ultimately hired as a good opportunity to network and not wasted time- providing both candidates and hiring managers with prompt and candid feedback.
