Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of credit structures, from credit agreements to control agreements.
- Develop new credit structures and documentation as the loan portfolio mix changes.
- Take a solutions-based approach to originate solutions to client needs and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in credit trading or financial products structuring at a tier 1 investment bank.
- Deep knowledge of crypto markets, especially financing, with experience at a top crypto platform.
- Strong risk management acumen and experience with legal and regulatory requirements for US financial products.
