ServiceNow is seeking a GTM Operations Analyst. This role involves serving as a business analyst across the go-to-market flow, linking strategy to execution through defining requirements and diagnosing processes. The analyst will transform marketing plans by simplifying workflows and reducing duplication. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to identify process breakdowns, translating challenges into business requirements, and ensuring solutions accelerate speed-to-market. You will design and validate efficient workflows, identify and streamline complex go-to-market processes, translate business needs into clear requirements, and map workflows. The role also includes supporting the governance of workflows, analyzing enhancement requests, and contributing to adoption efforts through process documentation and training, which are key to the company's success.
