Role Contributions:
- Proactively source and onboard new solar installer partners nationwide, presenting financing solutions and converting prospects into active referral partners.
- Own and grow a national sales pipeline, hitting and exceeding referral and production targets while expanding market presence across priority regions.
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for solar installers, conducting virtual and in-person meetings and collaborating with OneEthos and the CTO on joint sales efforts.
Candidate Attributes:
- Experience in solar industry or renewable energy, banking, lending, or financial services, with a preference for commission-based or performance-driven roles.
- Entrepreneurial self-starter with a results-driven mindset, excelling in high-pace environments and taking pride in delivering measurable results.
- Master communicator with strong presentation skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels and navigate client conversations with financial and regulatory acumen.

Work Environment:
- This is a remote role within the United States, operating on Eastern Standard Hours with occasional travel for company events or leadership sessions.
