Job Description
Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and designers to document new features and upcoming product releases. Write clear, accurate, well-structured, and consistent technical content from scratch. Use the product, test each procedure and workflow, become an expert user, and provide feedback to the product development teams. Participate actively in team meetings and advocate for user needs through documentation strategy, user feedback, and analytics. Align product documentation with broader customer enablement content by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. Manage multiple projects across teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
As a fully remote company, Docker has a focus on keeping teams connected. By the end of your first month, you are comfortable opening pull requests in the Docker Docs GitHub repository. Make significant contributions to the documentation and overall success of your product areas.
