About the Role:
- As our first Technical Account Manager, you'll bridge product and customer, guiding SOC teams through integration and troubleshooting.
- You'll manage customer accounts, run regular check-ins, and ensure outstanding experience from deployment to daily use.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years in a customer-facing technical role in cybersecurity or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of SOC environments, SQL proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
