Job Description
As customer service representative, you will:
- Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
- Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive.
- Communicating appropriately with customers and de-escalate issues.
Qualifications include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
