Job Description

As customer service representative, you will:

  • Field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
  • Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service through active listening.

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.
  • Resolving issues on the first call by being proactive.
  • Communicating appropriately with customers and de-escalate issues.

Qualifications include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
