Role Overview:
- Provide operational support to resellers and ensure a best-in-class partner experience.
- Handle most partner interactions independently, escalating as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to partner inquiries and Deal Registration via Partner Portal and Salesforce.
- Perform daily Partner Portal and Salesforce tasks.
- Support channel projects, process documentation, and territory audits.
Process Improvement:
- Identify process and system improvements and present findings to leadership.
- Enforce program and Sales/Licensing policies with internal teams and partners.
