Senior Finance Business Partner

FP&A Team in Costa Rica is looking for a Finance Business Partner to manage FP&A functions for NA. This is a critical role with high exposure to Executives levels, as the main partners are the CFO, Senior Vice Presidents and Vice-Presidents, additionally you will collaborate with finance teams across the North America region to improve and improve planning and reporting functions through standardization of common functions. You will report to the Finance Manager. Support monthly, quarterly, and budget reporting and analysis for Regional North America, ensuring accurate financial insights. Oversee global and regional allocation processes for Regional North America, including BU and intercompany allocations and recharges. Lead month-end close, forecast, and budget processes for Corporate Costs, collaborating with finance teams to ensure completion. Facilitate meetings and discussions with senior executives (CFO NA, SVP, VPs) to explain financials and lead informed decision-making.
