Talent Operations Manager

This role will continue to evolve the recruiting function with a focus on building a scalable, data-driven engine that directly supports EvenUp's ambitious growth targets. You will own the systems, processes, and data insights that govern our entire talent lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and a world-class experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a strong foundation in program management, a bias toward data-driven decision-making, and proven experience in scaling a recruiting organization. You will also manage and develop a team of talent coordinators & TA Ops specialists, helping us build the future of talent at EvenUp. The role involves driving a data-driven recruiting culture, scaling operational infrastructure, and system & program management.
