Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and operations of media post-production systems.
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.
- Troubleshoot basic system issues and provide support to editors.
Workflow Support:
- Support the development and execution of efficient post-production workflows.
- Assist in maintaining and improving workflows based on best practices.
- Help maintain MAM metadata organization and naming conventions.
Training & User Support:
- Provide day-to-day support and guidance to internal teams and external partners.
- Assist in onboarding users to post-production systems and workflows.
- Help develop training materials including guides and screen recordings.
