Responsibilities:
- Manage the helpdesk for broadcast playout, scheduling, and integrated systems.
- Function as a subject matter expert in digital audio playout in all markets.
- Collaborate with technical and content teams to troubleshoot product issues.
Qualifications:
- Driven with a positive attitude to learn the broadcast industry.
- Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or experience.
- Hands-on experience working in a production environment.
Skills:
- Automation Support credentials include Beyond Trust, ZenDesk Agent, Zoom, Gmail, and GSelector.
- Basic knowledge of computers and IT systems is a must.
- Good communication skills.
