Lead design, development, and deployment of custom ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Implement and support modules including Incident, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, and Knowledge.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide end-user training.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience; U.S. citizenship required.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes).
Experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server, and ITIL processes.
