Senior Manager, IT Operations & Support

You will be central to maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of Greenlight's essential IT infrastructure and systems. Leading a team of skilled IT professionals, you will drive operational excellence, implement best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams to support Greenlight's rapid expansion and ambitious objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role demanding a robust technical foundation, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and a strong desire to develop and sustain a premier IT operations and support function. You will provide strong leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure.
