Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical healthcare positions.
- Advise candidates and employers on Canadian immigration pathways and prepare applications.
- Maintain recruitment and immigration records and support onboarding administration.
Required Qualifications:
- Current licence as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) or willingness to obtain.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle healthcare recruitment.
- Practical experience with LMIA, AIP, PNP, Express Entry.
