About the Role:
- We are looking for a part-time Clinical Recruiter to support our fast-growing clinical team.
- You will manage candidate-facing stages of hiring: screening, interviewing, and assessing fit.
- Your goal is to identify therapists passionate about serving the senior population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and applications to advance top candidates.
- Conduct back-to-back interviews, evaluating clinical, behavioral, and operational fit.
- Keep candidates informed and engaged for a 5-star experience.
