Clinical Recruiter

Accountabilities:

• Review incoming resumes and applications to identify qualified clinical candidates.
• Conduct clinician interviews to assess candidates against established clinical, behavioral, and operational criteria.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in clinical, healthcare, or specialized recruitment is strongly preferred.
• Warm, personable, and empathetic communication style with strong interviewing skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple recruitment activities.

Working Conditions:

• Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
• Fully remote within Canada with flexible schedule.
