Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Operations

This role involves developing operational processes aligned with revenue cycle management best practices to maximize reimbursement. It includes driving accountability with technical and staffing vendors supporting eligibility, billing, and follow-up activities. A key aspect is partnering with Product, Service Success, and Clinical Operations teams to build automation, optimize processes, and ensure seamless integration and use of systems, tools, and technology to support common RCM tasks. This also includes managing metrics and analytics programs to facilitate data-backed business decisions and implementing standard operating procedures for new workflows.
